We LOVE to read ink books

We LOVE to read ink books. Well, we are just learning to read, but we love to be read to. Mommy says that when she and daddy grew up there were no computers, tablets, kindles, tag readers or smart phones. What did you play with we asked? She said we played with toys or outside with friends, and read ink books printed on paper.

Here are some of our favorite books. We hope you like them too!

DON'T FORGET THE BACON! by Pat Hutchins

Do you like silly rhyming books?  Well, we do and this book is one of our new favorites!  The mom sends her son on a shopping trip into town for some groceries.  There are many items on the list, but the last and most important thing to remember is the BACON!

We like this book because it is funny when the boy forgets what his mom tells him to get at the shops and makes up silly words that rhyme.  But, does he remember the bacon?  You'll have to read it to find out!
