We LOVE to read ink books

We LOVE to read ink books. Well, we are just learning to read, but we love to be read to. Mommy says that when she and daddy grew up there were no computers, tablets, kindles, tag readers or smart phones. What did you play with we asked? She said we played with toys or outside with friends, and read ink books printed on paper.

Here are some of our favorite books. We hope you like them too!

BOY + BOT by Ame Dyckman

A boy and a robot meet.  They develop a friendship but soon realize that they might be very different.  This is a sweet and funny story about a misunderstanding.

My favorite part is when the robot got switched off and the boy thought that he was sick, when really he was just switched off!  He tried to feed him applesauce and read him a story!  Robots don't eat applesauce!  That's silly!

Hope you like this story as much as I did!
